Don't go home after work. Either drive somewhere for a run or some gym/cardio. As soon as you get inside and sit down, it becomes a lot harder to motivate yourself to go without a training partner...
- Workout and excercise in the morning, so that your metabolism is increased throughout the day.
- Have dinner before 8pm so that your body has sufficient time to breakdown the energy before you sleep.
- Eat portion sized meals continuously throughout the day rather than starving yourself then...
