Problem with introducing more new local teams is the quality of games will slip.The only way it could work is if there's no international games on in Aus at the time,making every player available,plus perhaps introducing a 3rd international player to each team.

They need to have a 3-4 day break between the BBL final and the next international game [T20 or ODI] to allow the best players to play.
Had Adelaide made the final they would've lost Head for the final,despite him playing every BBL game.
