I find it pretty average that he chose to use a football article to respond to the complaints leveled at him.

not sure i agree with the rest of your post but i agree when i heard a woman on the cricket coverage it was pretty horrible stuff. was it in the world cup? we had a mute rule in those times. closest to the remote had to turn the sound off as fast as possible.
