2020 was the covid year
Was always going to make this a risky draft with no exposed last year of football form
Expect it to be one of the more topsy turvy drafts with high picks missing and late picks really hitting
inconsistent is probably the wrong word tbf
I really like Naughton as a player, just 10 years is madness. Tbf 10 years for any player is madness (even if it worked out well for Buddy & Sydney)
If he really does have what you are saying and has already put together a HOF career, imagine the upside?
Same things were said about Dusty, Swan ext. Don't buy into to the bullshit

Lol really?
Neale when traded had 2 bfs.....
Oliver has 4 bfs, 3 AA's & 2 AFLCA awards.
Not comparable at the time Iod Neales trade

Yeah fair. Forgot about Dale and Maynard
Brayshaw and DJG have been in the squad though, so close enough. Neither should make the team this year
Langford is a good shout for this year

16?
I can count 9 that already have AA's (Trac, Miller, Moore, Andrews, Steele, Lever, Saad, Heeney & Daniel)
Sinclair will be AA in a few weeks, so that is 10
Who are the 6 that are going to make it this year? or are you counting squad guys too? or have I missed a few?
Oliver didn't win the award in his first year though?
Won it in his second year when he played 1 more game than Curnow

More than shades for career to date as it stands
3 x AA (another squad), 2 x AFLCA awards, AFLCA young player of year & 4 x b&f
V
1 AA & 1 Coleman

Yeah 100% true. Bont & Oliver were hands down the two best players that year and had sustained greater form over previous years
Wines was/is a one year wonder and still wasn't as good as the other two
Oliver won the b&f in the premiership team in 21 and finished top 3 in all awards last year when he won his second AFLCA award.
Deserved both of them

2022 Warner in AA team, Sereng not
2023 Warner ahead in the coaches votes
Strong is bloody good, Warner has just been better
