I doubt anyone unconnected with Twistee would care if the jury saw their big footy comments, you're doing it wrong if you think that is the case. However, those who are/are connected to the accused seem to think the jury has been reading every comment here. That just highlights the weirdness...

What the jury has to consider is whether Tostee choking her/laying his arm across her throat was grievous bodily harm. If it was then the locking on balcony that followed will be murder.
