And I don't like the seaford carrum downs area. I won't say I wouldn't live near frankston because mornington is just down the road and that place is nice

I think Sandhurst is a little bit more upmarket than the others although not sure on Skye. Carrum Downs is too close to Frankston for my liking. I recently moved to Yarra Glen......newish house 60 minutes to city but a country life style.

Problem with Cranbourne is its cheap......the estates although are nicer than what crannie used to be are full of mostly cheap houses for around 300k thus making it easier for bogan trashy people to buy. If you can afford stay away although if its all u can afford its better than renting
