does anyone know who made the 1997 m&m jumper , I have purchased one and am suspious its a fake. It has cougar sports on the tag. If you have one could you let me know what's on the tag.

Cougar have ties to afl and make most of the vfl tops and shorts plus more. So it is possible, but i am not sure if the relationship goes back that far.

The other point is that there is absolutely no way Cougar would be using any of the AFL trademarked images or logos without permission. They would not risk losing the license which lucrative.

I would suggest that it probably is the real deal as we used to small runs of specialty kit. Everything was hand pressed.
