Non-contact for another week but otherwise has a full training load.

ā€œHurls had a shoulder reconstruction and he’s really at the end of his rehabilitation phase. He’s been training essentially fully with the group except for contact,ā€ Rundle said on Tuesday.

ā€œHe’s at the end of his contact progressions now and should be integrating fully with the group within the next week or so.ā€

And back in the leadership group too.

I worry about this guys manager. Doesn't buy into the whole one club loyalty thing.
Any manager that buys into one-club loyalty is doing himself a disservice. Don't player managers get paid a percentage of whatever contracts they get players to sign, like a commission? Perhaps the AFL/clubs should throw an extra 1% at the player manager if they keep a player at the same club.

Pay them what ever they want.

Free cars, trips to Vegas and a life time supply of Don smallgoods.
...we want them to still be good at that thing called playing football, don't we? ;)

Don't believe the hype about processed meat. It's good for the guts and acts as a waste remover for the intestines.

Frankfurts, on the other hand...

In the front door (a truely tasty morsel) and out the back door in 30 minutes.

Puts hair on ya chest.

If you consider your guts and intestines waste, then yes.

If it's Don it's good.

Any other brand will clog you up and leave your guts a churning toxic mess.

As a former deli girl, I'd suggest that the vast majority of it barely counts as meat. Even most of the better hams are about 70% pork. I wouldn't go near the ingredient list on the franks!

I'll have...ummm..300 grams of polony thanks!
