Sapaul already brought it up but this is seeming a little like 98 when we were supposed to beat the Demons in the first week, got FLOGGED and we won the flag.
Bring it on again.
we have at least got the shocker out of the way, we couldnt play like that again if we friggen well tried.
Beat the Demons/Roos this week and i fancy our chances against the pies.
Our Road through is a little easier now footy park or no footy park.
Lets hope the footy gods are helping bring back the 98 memories.

I think playing in Perth is part of the problem in Rd 22!
We can't play worse than that and atleast it's out of the way now, because next week we will play better and Melb aren't as good as Bris, so technically we should win or lose by a smaller margin!

Definately with the draw now leaning in the Crows favour. Collingwood are very vulnerable and lack the hardness for the footy when down by 3-4 goals. All we need is a decent firts quater, then we'll see how useless Mick's boys are!

I can think of three reasons immediately as to why this is a 'little' different to 1998.

Yes, I personally believe 1998 is irrelevant.

If we keep clinging to stupid things like "we beat the Lions the last three times" and "we did it in 1998" then no one will actually go out there and win the bloody football.
