I understand that you've got 1st Rounders, but why stick the rubbish in with stars???

Lounder and Lids should never be in the same line-up. Any team. Ever.
And Cotchin hasn't even had a run yet.
What's your point?
Ist Rounders has to be it?

Maybe piss off the stars out of the team and replace with duds from the bench.
Just a thought...
I know you've gone to some effort.
It just gets lost in the overall feel.
Sorry.

(And you really couldn't make a team with that disjointed talent base...lol)

They are all 1st rounders so I thought there is no need to discriminate.

Cotchin gets a game because I can't imagine that he could be any more disappointing than the guys on the bench.

Yeh...I understand, but when you have a list of these guys it shows who we've picked overall.....the good, the bad, the ugly.

But putting them all in a team only highlights that they couldn't function as a team......or a team for very long. The duds would have been replaced quickly....so this team plays what? A handful of games?

They normally make teams of all duds or all good players....mixing the 2 just reads weird.

Maybe it should have stayed a list....anyway, you'll get more feedback.

A Question:
Were they all drafted with the intention of playing in the positions you stated?.....If so, it's a plausible team from day 1 of each player's selection.

Cheers

Whats the point of this thread?

Are you bagging the spuds or emphazing the good picks?

Either way, they shouldnt be in the same post.

I thought about a list but thought it would be interesting to put together a team in traditional structure.

I remember we recruited Terry Keays to play as a key forward but he is probably bext remembered at Richmond for having Peter Daicos run rings around him in 1990 at Victoria Park.

It's worth noting that the Pick we traded for Craig Biddiscombe was eventually on-traded to the Swans who selected Jude Bolton.
