Yeah no wonder I don’t remember.

I remember being up and about after his first goal though.

The North goals record for a final is 7 - three blokes who only ever scored 7 in a game once in their career. At least Fruity had a win against the Cats in 1996, but Kingy and Sholly were part of hidings in 2000 to Essendon and the Dees (it was Sholly last game too)

MM when did Corey kick his 7 ? Can't remember that one.

Most accurate kick in the comp yet reckon he’s cost us 2 games with yips against Dogs and Tigers 😂

just one of those days. Poor bastard definitely needs support. Has had a great year couldn’t have asked for much more.

People were getting into him but he actually had a decent "down" game, if not for very unusual inaccuracy he'd have still easily snaffled 3+

If that's a bad game from him we're going to look pretty good in a few years.

Needs to start kicking through the ball - these chip kicks are for the tip.

The King kicked 7 against the cats in q.final 97 as well (in a win)

Pointless being accurate when they are touched before going through like what happened saturday

So he should change his entire routine - the most accurate in the league currently - because once he misjudged and the ball got touched. Great plan.

Kicking 40+ goals in only his 5th year at the club is a bloody good result. Especially when you consider how poor we were at scoring at the start of the year.

To put it into perspective it took Drew Petrie 10 years before he kicked 40 goals in a season for the club.

He's done well in the immediate short term after getting rid of Brown to become the number one forward man and many times throughout the year turn chicken s**t delivery into chicken salad.

His work rate and bodywork in the marking contest is really, really good for a bloke who's only up >50 games. And it helps that he's always been a deadeye at goal for the most part, to kick 40+ is a great return.

And what's best is he's clearly a number one forward man, but he absolutely needs Comben to come along for that ride with Zurhaar playing the right-hand man to the talls.

If you ever wonder why a forward might accentuate contact then watch Larkey get held and scragged in almost every contest and you’ll know why.

He gets umpired differently to opposition forwards playing against us.
