Sort of

The club accepted what is meant to be a good colonial deal, but it was partly because they knew they'd be forced to play some games there anyway.

Only 10 games on real home ground is a bit disappointing. Still, at least some are now against non-Vic teams so there might be some real home ground advantage available.

Well done AFL. Finally we do not play Essendon early in the season when they are fit and hungry! No more Ground Flog days.

A very fair draw for us. Frawley will definately will be sacked if we fail to make the 8 with that soft draw.

hey mellow,

did you sit there and change Bulldogs in every game to Bullbogs, or was it a typo? I'm guessing you copied the draw from AFL site or something.

What typo Warpig! :D

Agree tigerbob there is no reason why we shouldn't be 5-zip after round 5. All winnable games. Well that's one way to restore confidence in the team after this year.

Only 3 friday night games (same as carlton, ess 8, eddiewood 7). Guess ch 9 is punishing us and carlton for 2001. And what's with only 10 games at the G . At least we get to play most of the interstate sides there at our HOME ground.

From the team's perspective I don't think they will mind playing at the docklands 7 times if we have all our talls on the park, unlike this year.

Thanks for pointing that Warpig, you can blame that firstly on AFL site and secondly, on my lack of observation:)

starting of the season playing the Pies again cool.

always look forward to Tigers Doggies games so very glade that we were playing the Doggies twice.

only play the Demons once this season .dam as we often win against the Dees.

still have to play Port in Adel but yes finally get to play Port here again about time.

after a 2 week break we have to play interstate 2 weeks in a row just great not!!.I don't mind but I was wondering is this the first time Richmond have had to make 5 interstate trips in the h & a season?

we don't even play half our games at the MCG and it's our home ground .dam the AFL making as play even more games at Colonial.the Saints v Tigers game played on a Monday should be at the MCG.I also think Tigers v Doggies should be played at the MCG.

bring on the 2003 season I can't wait!! and Go Tigers The Mighty Tigers Eat E'm Alive!!! :)

mellowyellow it's 5 Saturday day games and 8 Saturday night games.

I really like Saturday night games I'm glade that we have more of them this year.spend the day out in Melbourne than go to the footy at night .
