I mean this week guys. A month ago I had us at 9-12 but know I'm thinking we will finsh 5th or 6th. Get on it boys its exciting times at Tigerland. After Round 1 I may predict a premiership who knows. Either either I think we are definatley capable of playing finals this year. Who doesn't

Nowadays there is no real set positions. On Thursday night they get named in positions but on game day players rarely actually line up i tose positions.

Anyhow the way I see it I would like to see the following:
Richo - tall forward
Schulz - tall forward
Riewoldt/Hughes - rotating 3d tall (depending on form one will play at AFL level the other at Coburg)

Pettifer - mid sized forward
Deledio - mid sized forward when resting from playing onball
Morton - mid sized foward

Brown - small med forward
Tambling - small med forward

Edwards - small forward
Cotchin - small forward

Leave Polak to play down back with Thursfield & McGuane as the other 2 tall backs. Bowden to play as a mid sized back which gives him the freedom to still create play but also gives him a break from playing on the big key forwards he has had to do for the last few years.

This would leave a group comprising of Raines, Newman, Connors, Polo, McMahon & King as the smaller running types out of the backline.

Gourdis & Putt would pretty much spend the year at Coburg unless either injury or form warranted them playing in the seniors.

I don't think I've ever agreed with anyone more in my life.

SCHULZ we kept him here for a reason so play him, i like Schulz i believe he has alot to offer our problem for the last 10years is still the same the midfield failing to hit there targets an making bad choices fix that we will see a different better forward line

I have a feeling that Polak will be our 2nd forward, Schulz to go down back...

I'd like to see Patto at CHF but we can't do it until Graham/Putt are ready to help out Simmo.
