Most Improved: Pettard
Will Bailey play Miller Forward or Back: Forward and leave him there all year! He is going to get back some old form.

Our forward Line Stucture we be:

Miller (to lead up the ground to centre line)

Bate/Dunn & Davey (Davey to work up and back to goal square)

Robbo & Newton (to lead opp sides from 20m out)

Neitz (from goal square straight up)

Sorry mate but we don't have the quality just yet to finish top 4. Our defence is suspect, White is ageing and not as good as he used to be and none of our 2nd rucks will be stars next year, and we have Neita who is good when he's not injured and Juice who is still a kid.
At best I think we'll finish 7th-8th. I have plenty of faith mate, I'm just a realist.

We have enough mature age players that if we can have a good run with injuries and get off to a good start in the season we may be the surprise packet this year.

I think our defence is not too bad against most sides, Geelong would probably take it apart maybe Brisbane and ST Kilda could too, main defence against this is getting on top in the midfield, confidence breeds confidence and if we get a run on, some spirit around the place and a bit of hardness and determination in the mature aged players, bruce, green, white, yze we arent that far away.

If we have a goo drun with injuires the top 8 is a certanity, where we finish in the 8 and how far we go depends on Bailey and how mentally tougher he can make the players and how hard they are willing to work.
