Its interesting to see Clarence have 3 trips to the coast, twice to Devonport and once to Burnie which evens the ledger a bit from the past couple of years. North Hobart and Glenorchy both have no games on the coast. The regional roster AFL Tas are using has its good points in reducing travel, especially for the coastal teams, but really what can be fairer than a full home and away roster.

Would of prefered North Hobart to play us in the round 3 game thats being put forward to the 2nd of April but I guess Clarence being our arch enemys and all its a good fit.

its also been moved forward due to clarence playign claremont in the CL during round three.

Was thinking that playing wise the two teams are much closer playing which could mean a better contest. Glenorchy though I think will improve next year so I could be wrong.

Clarence though would be better for the full experience.

Earlier start for the TV games which matches up with what the ABC does in Victoria. It will be interesting to see how that works. Pity the ABC still dont seem to know how to get to the North of the State - would be nice if every team got an equal share of the TV coverage.

Looking at the SFL roster it seems that the first TSL match on the 2nd of April between Glenorchy and Clarence will have 4 CURTAIN RAISERS. The TSL colts will be playing Clarences colts and the SFL teams will be playing Brighton. Will be a great day of Football thats for sure :).

It will be interesting to see how Glenorchy go fielding 5 teams this year and how competitive they will be in the SFL!

From what I've heard SFL seniors will be moslt last years TSL reserves with some new players. SFL Reserves will be more a social team and I wont be expecting much from them. Under 19s will be filled up with players from under 15s up I reckon.

I finally got a copy of the little printed TSL roster, better very late than never I spose. I wonder why they wouldnt print the AFL roster on the back. They use to do that & it made it handy. Bit disapointing that. Also does anyone know if we are actually going to have a state game, Not queensland again, again I hope. Maybe Canberra or NT for a change.

I believe Qld are looking to play the WAFL this year and we're out in the cold. I thought I saw it mentioned somewhere that AFLTas were trying to schedule a game against GWS. I could be wrong on all fronts here.

Anyone have a link to where I can find the roster??

Link from OP does not seem to work anymore!
