All 2014 afl jumpers (Except Carlton) have this tag on the bottom right hand corner of the jumper



Club logo and AFL logo on the left, and apparel supplier on the right.

The previous tag looked like this.



It's difficult to see, but Danger is wearing a 2013 collar jumper but with the 2014 apparel tag, so this suggests to me the introduction of the new jumpers was a very late decision. The club were going into 2014 with the same jumper as last year, but obviously something changed along the way.

Didn't the club say it was 'player preference' as to which guernsey they wore? Has anyone got a photo of Thommos guernsey because I'll be stunned if that is a 2014 version. Fading very noticeable!

The colour of the jumper actually changed between the two additions of the 2013 collar jumper, as seen by this photo.

Walker has the 2013 version, Danger 2014. The 2014 one seems to be a tad brighter, hence the fading look on Thompson's jumper (It is enhanced though by the facts it's so old).

So the other Sunday I bought the crows home guernsey with the collar Dangerfield and Walker are wearing with the crows apparel logo at the bottom. This is starting to confuse me

Does it annoy anyone how the very top red hoop isn't positioned well with reference to the bands of yellow around the arm?

Especially on this years version. They don't go all the way across and they start quite low down, especially on smaller jumpers.

It's weird. The left over blue between the hoop and sleeve looks like such an after thought!

It's due to the mesh material, it starts at the top of the front and goes down the back of the jumper.

It's easier to see here from the back.

It's probably done like that so the full underarm is exposed to breathable material.

Fair call on that one, the neck is horrendous. I loved this one though.

Always thought our guernsey looks much stronger without yellow trim around the arms.

Don't think so this is only our second year with Puma. They probably just want to make some more sales that's all.

Fila was our apparel supplier for just two seasons (and Russell Athletic and Reebok was only three seasons). We do have a bit of a habit of changing apparel suppliers more often than most people change their underwear
