Rumour floating around the WRFL thread that Jason Cloke and a few others from spotty have signed with a CHFL club. Wouldnt happen to be something to do with Williams at Ballan playing there once he retired would it?

Are Ballan making a statement as a genuine premiership contender in october?? Or is it another club?

Ballan only lost to Waubra by a kick this year didnt they? and Beat grand finalists Springbank pretty easily.

I would think potentially Bungaree seeing as okeefe coached him at spotswood

wouldnt have thought the premiers need 3 WRFL guns to remain competitive, perhaps they are following in north citys footsteps and just eliminating the competition for the flag race??

Don't think you can compare North City to any CHFL club, they are on a completely different level

Ballan, Clunes should be improve again next season, newlyn if they can recruit a few handy mids will be handy enough.

Jason Cloke has signed at Craigieburn in the EDFL with his brother.

I see Mark Nunn has put a clearance in to Waubra. Apparently he only signed knowing that Sam Giblett was no longer in the CHFL and couldn't give him an embarassing shirt front like he did in front of the coaches box a few years back when Ballarat played Redan. Any truth?
