So what's the best method to delete my team?

After round 2 I traded in my Sutcliffe mistake and now have Saad, McIntosh and Oxley all playing on the ground.

So my defense consists of:
Lamumba, Newnes, Johnson
Oxley, McIntosh, Saad

Johnson the only half decent scorer.
