Im interested what do people rate a stronger area of the ground in fantasy this year based on players and their prices??

It seems pretty even im slightly preferring the value in defenders but think its there in the forwards aswell.

Rookies seem more certain in the backs. There doesnt seem to be many good cheap rookie forwards that will play much early on. they seem to be a bit more pricey going upto 200k price range

He will be groomed by the dons and given opportunities. HBF role which is friendly. Ready to go played SANFL to success last year. Big mature body will be utilized with all these bans.
Scoring is not his thing, trust me. You are right that he'll be given opportunities however he comes at a high price and for that money he'll only give you a 60-65 average.

Fair calll i see him giving a 65-70 which looking at defenders at low 200s is better than most that range if he falls into your structure like that.

He scored really well at the champs wouldve been one of the best if not the best

Francis averaged 57 DT at the NAB Championships and 47 during his stint in the SANFL...

Apparently he averaged 75 DT points during the NAB championships. I was a bit off :p

Anyway, we picking him?

For me, I've got Boyd/McVeigh (Boyd at this stage, shouldn't get rested until the byes), Shaw and Bartel.

Kolojadshnij could be a decent option, so I'd go McVeigh, Kolojadshnij, Shaw and Laird then filling up with rookies

Can you say whether Docherty will be worth picking, whether you think he will push up to keeper/premium status this year?
I had him last year. Simpson's shifting role hurt him a bit making him up and down.

It will all depend on how Brendan Bolton plays him, we'll see over the NAB

He's got the ability. Just needs the licence

I don't know where you're getting his U18 Champs information from but I can tell you that apart from his monster round 3 game (an anomaly), his scoring was average at best and even with it, I'd still doubt he averaged anywhere over 75 PPG. He's a Harry Taylor-type player but shorter and without the consistency required to be a premium scorer. Trust me on this call; he's not the player I'd be going anywhere near until he shows some consistent form.

Yeah pretty sure it was something like that.

Doninant utility player, played through the middle, up forward and intercepting marks down back.

Pretty sure he racked em up
No, he didn't, and you're assessment of his play-style is optimistic at best. Showed little signs through the midfield and inconsistency up forward. Stay away. I've been following the 2015 draft crop all last season so I have a good grasp on who will do well Fantasy-wise. In defence, Mitch Hibberd, Bailey Rice, Marcus Adams and if he gets games Tom Cole are the guys who should score at a decent click.
