Noticed that the bombers have released their new membership website... selling already for next year. Since ours is"coming soon".... are we missing out on getting a great bump from the last month of footy?

Don't know, but usually memberships for any club don't go on sale until the finals are over, so Essendon really are getting in early.

Payment plan members start getting deductions in about 30 days.....club should really be chucking something out there better than 'coming soon'

Club looking for 30,000 by Christmas this year. Wanted 30,000 by the end of the year last year so trying again AND pulling the date back a week to Dec 25th instead of the 31st. Historically we get our membership campaigns running just after the draft and would assume this is the case again this year.
Club also looking for 45k overall. We had an increase of 5200 members this year and finished with 38,000, so it's possible.

Got my membership today. Loved the simple white fold out, enough mission statements and pictures to fill you with hope and excitement for 2017. Also the benefits if membership nicely explained with access to new merchandise early.

Love the card and the whole vibe!!! Will try to sign up some friends, get on board the saints train.

Has anyone else had any problems renewing their membership but changing what type of membership they have from last year?
It is still asking for me to pay to renew my old membership even though I have already paid for a different (better) one.

Also how do you go about purchasing a reserved seat next to a mate's? Is it just a matter of synchronizing the membership submissions or is there a more simplified way?

Essendon went on a recruitment drive to a day care centre in ascot vale and gave all the kids free jumpers and photos with the walking pin cushions. Yep, daycare.

North Melbourne gave away three game junior memberships to kindergarten students in the same suburb. Luckily my mate was sensible enough to say get stuffed (he's a saints supporter).

But this just goes to show how early the war on hearts and minds starts....

Do it over the phone. We changed from 3 seats on level 3 to 2 on level 2 and they gave us a choice of seats.
