We need more vegetarians round here.
 
So lonely. Vegs are going the way of the smokers*.





*may not actually be fact.
 
I've been a vegetarian all my life. Mum couldn't get me to eat any meat at all as a kid.. No other reason. Some people don't like their vegies, I don't like meat.

...I have always cooked it though for my family........none of them are vegs.

..but I still smoke:oops:

Nothing against vegs at all.


Sister in law is a vegetarian. Tried full vegan. She keeps telling me how cruel i am and how much my eating impacts earth. Read a study that suggested vegetarians have more impact on the environment then 8 hunters feeding 8 families. Didnt read the whole thing. But was a little interesting. Not that this is the right thread for this topic.

We all have our vices MM. I have been a non-meat eater for three years and don't smoke - but I like a drink.;)

I'm not sure they will get any motivation from a team that is frankly terrible. Maybe the Lions should have an intra club between the men's and women's team, I'll give the girls a 300 point start.

I know that study - not quite true. It was debunked in a few following studies. Both sides post such ridiculous "findings" unfortunately and truth is skewed a lot.

Yeah as i mentioned i didnt read the whole thing. So definitely haven't caught up in it all.

Im all for people doing what they beleive in.

Well there is no doubt that the club has struggled in the area of leadership, so it sounds like there are quite a few blokes who are stepping it up in that area.
Can only be good for the footy club moving forward.
 
I thought that was pretty measured from Rocky, let's hope he backs his words up with action and has a good year.

Needs more terrible puns to be proper "journalism" these days. "The Legend of Zorko begins in 2017" with Zorko carving a Z into a Lions banner with a rapier and mask. "Zork and Mindy show at the Lions" where they photoshop Zorko's face onto Robin Williams...

Bonus points for online news articles that would try to be as click baity as possible "Massive shake up to Lions leadership" with a random stock photo of Zorko wearing a paddlepop jersey in 2014

Of course if it was on ACA it would be "Bike gangs caught hooning, high on ice outside Zorko's house, how this affects your pension and diabetes up next"
