Last year we had 13 mill cap, Magic Number 7424. 1750 points for / 30 players.
No doubt the cap changes and magic number as they like to follow the real AFL cap.
But based purely on numbers you can look at starting on field
1567 points (8x170k bench players = 183 points)
For players point value in 2021
Divide 2020 avg by 0.8
If they played 1-10 games last year (2020) subsequently give a 30-3% discount on previous high last 2 year avg
Example: Ziebell (FWD)
2020 Avg/Point Value: 44.5 (7 games)
2019 Avg/Point Value: 89.7
So he gets a 9%. Discount on his 89.7
= 2021 point value: 81.6
