Probably should have doubled down and got Rioli and Carroll last week but got Dawson and Carroll which means Rioli comes in this week at 270k which isn't ideal. Ward > Oliver keeps me building.

Yep, Parish, Suitcase, Deeshaw and Guthrie come to mind but Warner at 684k with 3 consecutive scores over 100 has piqued my interest.

Cameron will still make $ and score well, no reason to not not take him then use the cash to upgrade to a mid premium next round

I wouldn't take him in SC even as an M8 but in this format a 3 rnd average of 103-4 at his price for an M7-8 is attractive.

Just plugged a trade into the trade machine. JHF and Ward for Warner and Clark fits in my budget so it’ll be on my file for possible trades. Plus it gets my mids down to one rookie on field, which means next week I can upgrade the defence with NoD and Daicos close to reaching the max cash gen.

Interesting tidbit for those who weren't aware, Gawn is a massive Fantasy/SC fan, and so is Oliver (it's why they wax lyrical so much with each other, haha). Obviously that doesn't play a part too much, but I am more confident that someone like him wouldn't want to miss - because he literally has himself in his team and would lose out if he were rested (also wouldn't want Jackson kicking him out of his desired spot just yet either).

Sounds dumb, but if he's declared fit, he's someone I'm much more confident to hold given the aforementioned, rather than Grundy who's being paid far too much and doesn't look like he gives a shit anymore- prior to his injury

Provided Clark plays, reckon I've settled on my trades now:

Cogs > G. Clark
NOD > Dawson

Seems sideways, but makes the most sense given I reckon Clark is a must have, and can match Cogs given his desire to play at AFL level for so long (he's already shown he's got a massive ceiling too). Dawson is obviously a massive upgrade on NOD, and the trade gives me an extra 165K to make an upgrade the following week as well - D. Cameron and Zorko the most likely to come in at the expense of Daicos and Curnow or Butters.

Essentially to me, given Cogs' average:

Cogs: 88
Clark: 75

NOD: 60
Dawson: 95

+22 points/extra 165K

If I go mid upgrade this week my M4-M8 will be identical lol

Have Bray, Smith, Neale as my top row.

Just not sure I can afford Trac and upgrade Noddy next week.
