Talent doesn't evaporate, so it becomes mental. For the first half of the season the effort was there, but skill execution let us down. Now the effort has gone. Clearly confidence is shot, and Voss and the coaching staff appear to have no idea how to get the players executing the most basic of skills. Whatever game plan exists is unfathomable.

The culture and mental fragility of this group is astoundingly bad, and we seem to have reached the point of no return.

I used to believe in the character of this playing group, but that appears to have been shredded by a coaching group that either lacks tactical and strategic nous, or lacks the ability to communicate, or probably both.


Pathetic.
