Anyone done one before? If so how did it work? My club has organised one in a few weeks time going from 7pm Friday till 7pm Saturday. Will be a massive challenge but I am looking forward to it.
I've been on weekend pre-season camps where we've done a secession every 3-4hours beginning a day light & finishing at dark, alternating between running n ball drills n body weight strength exercises.
If not planned/done correctly, things like this can set u back not advance you.
Haha no it won't be 24 hours straight. That would be nuts. There will be rest and sleep periods involved. I'd imagine like what ablett mentioned every few hours we will be doing something.
We have got some really experienced fitness guys so hopefully they will take care of us.
I imagine the recovery needed afterwards would wipe out any physical benefits and then some - but as a team building and espiriti de corps exercise there may be some value in it
