Will be good cover for Jack Graham next year when the young bloke needs a rest.

replacing Vickery with small defensive forwards means that the ball isn't exiting the forward line with as much ease .Prestia ranks among our midfielders:
4th in disposals
5th for tackles(4th excluding Nankervis)
5th for I50
6th for goal assists
5th for contested possessions (4th excluding Nankervis)
5th for disposal efficiency (ahead of Cotchin Martin)
3rd for clangers behind Cotchin and Martin
3rd for clearances behind Cotchin and Martin
3rd for R50 behind Cotchin and Grigg
Changed gameplan has helped no doubt, but fail to see how removing Vickery and adding the small forwards has impacted the difference in roles for those I mentioned.
Once again Prestia ranks among our midfielders:Hahaha you're taking the piss. Cmon Einstein explain how he's done these well at 52% with 19 touches? It doesn't matter how much he's run as he has been unaccountable and his opponents cgaf about him as he has no hurt factor . Now if you've been actually watching him play you would be aware of this and not needed to delve into the stats sheet to find such a useless stat which only the dumbest of commentators dare to quote.
I see his 16km of unaccountable running has exposed his major weakness.
Stats are useless if you're not going in. In actual fact his stats are poorer than I thought . Please don't compare him to Cotchin Martin or Lambert again as it shows how far off the mark you are.Once again Prestia ranks among our midfielders:
5th for I50
3rd for R50 behind Cotchin and Grigg
See this is what defensive and attacking running does, it gets players where they are most needed. Slow unaccountable plodders aren't capable of covering 16km while carrying niggles in wet weather and if you had even a basic understanding of football you wouldn't bother raising disposal efficiency % in a game that was for the most part played with wet slippery balls where most players had poor DE%.

The bloke covered the most distance, averaged the quickest overall speed, was quickest in defensive running and second quickest in attacking running on average as well. You don't get that by running around in circles.
Well watch him exclusively in the first half last week against GWS to see how that is achieved without hardly touching the ball and being of little to no use for 50 minutes. It was eye opening.
And we're all liars, blind, ignorant, and don't understand footy.Impressively repetitive thread this one.
What is it's Post Efficiency %?Impressively repetitive thread this one.
Like I said the change in game plan has helped, but having improved midfield depth has also helped. Last year we had Brandon and Grigg playing more inside roles and both were roundly criticised for their 'poor' performances. With Prestia and Caddy to a lesser extent moving into those roles we're able to free them and others up more. It also means being able to use Cotchin and Martin up forward more as well.replacing Vickery with small defensive forwards means that the ball isn't exiting the forward line with as much ease .
This therefore means that our midfielders have more confidence in getting off their man to attack and take the game on.
The thing is when you're not getting hands on the footy you can still impact the game by running hard to ensure that you're in position defensively, that is being accountable and something the Giants players were hammered about when we got on top. It was also why we were hammered against the Saints.Well watch him exclusively in the first half last week against GWS to see how that is achieved without hardly touching the ball and being of little to no use for 50 minutes. I hope that half of football was an anomaly because it was truly cringeful and his being dropped or rested (call it what you will) indicates something is wrong. It was eye opening.
As I expected, you can't dispute the facts so you leave.Stats are useless if you're not going in. In actual fact his stats are poorer than I thought . Please don't compare him to Cotchin Martin or Lambert again as it shows how far off the mark you.
Anyway my favourite little chicky babe is on at the Shake shack so I cannot give up any more time talking shite with a stat chaser.
The facts that he was rubbish as more respected posters with open minded views have stated and evenAs I expected, you can't dispute the facts so you leave.

What about the week before against GWS. Good game, 6 coaches votes. You make him sound like he is of no use at all. The stats provided are partly important, they do not tell the full story no doubt, but to dismiss the fact that he is in our top 2 or 3 for kicking out of the defensive 50 and also into the forward 50 is far from an irrelevant stat. While we all agree to a poster that he has not lived up to what we expected, to make out that he is a liability like you are doing is hyperbole. The facts that he was rubbish as more respected posters with open minded views have stated and even
Replied to you. Why would I bother
arguing with a stat chaser who brings up meaningless information to try and make a turd look like a chocolate bar? I've made my point and moving on until I can see Prestia actually perform where I will acknowledge and credit him. Until then in not going to bs like you and dress him up with embarrassing stats which make him look like an U15 athlete.
Just to finish up can you chase up these stats for me?
Most unaccountable footballer?
% time left on his own kick chasing?
The number of times he failed to make it to a contest?
I hope you appreciate the challenge and being such a wonderful Stat chaser rather than observer of the game this should be easy.
If you happen to come across difficulties then Phar Ace has given you two posts for a leg up and even covered a half of footy until he fell asleep. Lol
Mate he touched it 19x at 52% which disproves those stats as being relevant. As other posters have stated his game was rubbish and the RFC didn't pay for a tagger with bunged knees . I see we're resting him now I'm sure the RFC medicos aren't that stupid to run 16km into him a game where he is of little impact and at risk of doing further damage to his knees. What about the week before against GWS. You are telling us that stats are irrelevant yet you quote one weeks % in the pouring rain where nobody got a stat in the first quarter anyway. At least the inside 50/rebounding 50's stats are over the season. Agree that he has been largely disappointing, particularly his kicking, but he not the spud you make him out to be.Mate he touched it 19x at 52% which disproves those stats as being relevant. If they are then his longevity is at risk .
I actually don't think he has gone backwards .
I think his stats and perceived form at GC were inflated.
I recently had a chat with a person who has experience within a premiership winning club and more recently spending time within Gold Coast , about the club ,their players stats and perceived ability.
He suggested the form of players within the franchises is unlikely to translate to any other club or win them a premiership.
This is primarily due to the franchise clubs having ridiculous talent and pace, yet terrible accountability.
As a result their game plans , in particular stoppage work was completely different to any other club.
It means injuries , playing varying weather conditions or when playing against opposition who can match their outside pace, expose their skills and ability to win contested footy.
You're becoming quite predictable old mate. When it gets difficult you revert to shit comments and rely on the opinions of others as you struggle to mount any real arguments yourself. As for being open minded I have repeatedly stated that Prestia could have played better, whereas your unable to admit that despite being underdone he has still managed to play some reasonable footy. The facts that he was rubbish as more respected posters with open minded views have stated and even

Stats aren't the opinions of others they are what they are. You've spent all week rubbishing Prestias game from the weekend but where is your criticism of Lambert who had 17 disposals at 52%?You're becoming quite predictable old mate.
