Remaining season guide in todays telegraph has them predicting us finishing 3rd (meaning horrid prelim in perth), and Richmond bombing out to 14th.

That is overly optimistic. We have a very tough run coming up and we could be fighting for a place in the 8 if we end up losing a couple.

That is VERY optimistic. I am very excited about our current from, but we've got some very tough matches ahead in the next month, as has already been pointed out - sounds like a journo getting ahead of themselves, trying to drum up excitement.
