Eh, I don't have a whole lot of time for players who are plucked out of obscurity as rookies (after being passed up numerous times by their local teams), developed for 3-4 years, then ditch at basically the first chance they get.

I understand wanting to leave Melbourne based on the past two years (even though it's basically an entire new football department), but seemingly stringing the club along on a contract call for 18 months and carrying on about 'wanting a more attacking role' (which he likely would've got under King) didn't sit super well.

It's whatever. Get it if some people don't begrudge him, equally get it if some people do. We've had a few players leave over the past few years that we've all supported, so we're due for a villian, lol.
