4 Options, which one???

I have 2 trades left, I'm first in my league, my emergency players at present are:
Backs- David Myers ess, Albert Proud bris
Mids-Trent Cotchin rich, Robert Eddy st k
Rucks- Trent West geel, Shaun Hampson carl
Forwards-Kurt Tippet adel, Edwards carl
My options are...

-Keep Daniel Kerr even though he is missing 3 weeks. Hope he comes good at the end of the year. Save my 2 trades for future use.

-Keep Kerr, but use 1 or both trades to boost my emergancies in case i someone falls in finals, upgrade Proud and or West for people that will play.

-Use 1 trade to get rid of Kerr and pick up a player like Brad Green, Joel Corey, Jimmy Bartel, Simon Black, Simon Goodwin, Scott Thompson, Nick Dal Santo etc. And have 1 trade in hand for injuries, suspensions at the end of the year.

-Lastly use a trade to downgrade an emergancy eg Edwards for someone cheaper, or Proud for someone around $85,000 or West, Hampson for a cheap ruck. And then use the extra cash to get rid or Kerr and get a player like Daniel Cross, Dane Swan, Brent Harvey etc

Without a shadow of a doubt, keep Kerr and put Cotchin on the field.
You'll be needing those 2 trades.

If you are first in your league, you are not gonna fall out of the 8, and at worst will still finish top 4 (with a double chance). Hold on to both trades, to trade someone just to have a better emergency is stupid. Don't use any trade until second or third week of finals (you never know when a gun will get injured...ie Bartel late last year in the finals)

Thnx for the replies, I'm tempted to trade him straight up for Cross or Bartel, but i think i will need both trades for later on. I just hope that when Kerr does come back, he doesn't go stupid and get reported again or get injured and take the rest of the year off, because WC don't really want to win games from hear on out. Thnx again
