31,000 ticketed is pretty average numbers for a huge club. I know we seem to have a different membership system than any other Victorian team as we had close to 10,000 non ticketed members last year which is about 3 times as much as any other Victorian team. Most likely at least half of our non ticketed members pay at least $100 for a non ticketed membership to see a few games. Why else would 1 of the big 4 clubs have 9,000 less ticketed, but 6,000 more non ticketed members than Carlton? We probably had the equivalent of 36,000 ticketed members last year. But on paper it says 31,000 and we need to get that up to 40,000. We also need to change our ticketing sytem to turn at least 5,000 or our non ticketed into ticketed members. But even if we don't, we should be aiming at 40,000 ticketed members and we'll also have 10,000 non ticketed. That will be 50,000 members and the most in Victoria. Let's become the biggest club in the state again. Everyone get off your tight ass and buy one and attend as many games as possible

, but it did remind me I hadn't yet done it.........and seeing off to the cricket tomorrow, thought I'd better get it done before I forgot completely.............
