Farewell Will. Probably some chance to get picked up elsewhere. A podium finish in a B&F is a good indication of his absolute best.

With his limitations, everything needed to go right for him with prep and fitness. Hard to maintain 100%.

Snelling performed well as an inside midfielder in the under 18 championships, helping him to win South Australia’s MVP for the carnival. Snelling tackles hard and has good hands, giving him the ability to clear the ball from stoppages with a fast hand ball out to a teammate. Snelling demonstrated good leadership skills, captaining South Australia and also had a taste of senior SANFL football for West Adelaide. Snelling has a large tank, which helped him break the state three-kilometre time trial record in South Australia.

I don't think his height was a big issue for the role he played, but his wingspan certainly was. Hard to to stick tackles constantly when you're built like a skilltester claw.

Would get the fumbles too - but strangely enough in the wet he would handle the ball extremely well. Would stick some great tackles on bigger guys, that Melbourne win comes to mind.
