The AFL in it's infinite wisdom have allowed us special permission to include another player on our list.

Welcome to Essendon Dyle!

From all accounts Dyle is a big bodied inside mid who can play forward, just what we've been crying out for and John Worsfold could not be happier!

Reports suggest he is exactly the kind of player Essendon need given the failed experiment with Kyle Langford, who mysteriously disappeared just weeks ago. When asked about the disappearance Worsfold played with a straight bat, however most the media present noticed a small smirk from the Essendon coach.

Dyle when speaking to the media said he is looking forward to playing his role for the team but stressed that it will take time for him to fit into the team.

Looks like a good find, I personally can't wait to see him play!

Have seen this guy a few times. Some rate him as a forward but his ball winning ability in the midfield is what sets him apart at VFL level.

Should give eth-dog the chance.

I think Dyle has links to Coburg.
Played 3 games as 23rd man in his draft year, gathered 7 and 12 touches in the first two being played out of position as a 3rd tall forward but got 22 disposals, 8 clearances and a goal in the third one playing through the middle. Disappointed to miss out on the great man, but like Hartley and Saad before him, will be a great servant for the club.
