2 points>$25000, imo.

So what you are saying is that the AFL should change the law of it's own rule book (which it did by delivering The Swans a heavier penalty anyway:rolleyes:) and overturn the result.

I sincerely hope that Richmond aren't caught with 19 or more players on the ground. Geeze have a bit of a fair go, it was an honest mistake and did NOT have a direct result on the final result.

Good. Would Sydney have gotten a draw with the extra player? They play dirty, bottom line. They king hit opposition and now they cheat... Get them out of this league, they obviously have no respect for the games traditions.

Well at least our team can still play competitive football. No West Coast fan can claim that much this year. :D:thumbsu:

As for the playing dirty tag, we are still the least reported side in football because we don't play dirty at all. We play close man-on-man football. The Hall incident, and to an extent the Goodes' crankiness put both those players under the spotlight here with the entire team for that very reason. Hall in particular lost a lot of respect for his offence which I might remind everyone was a 10 week suspension before the reduction - which was close to/if not the actual highest suspension since the new system was implemented.

Meanwhile over at your club, you have Kerr punching guys in the nuts, running through blokes with elbows out and now headbutting a guy. That my friend is a serial offender at playing dirty.

And as for respecting the games traditions, I'm sorry but nothing this century has even come close to the efforts your club has gone to to bring the game in disrepute. Bikers, drug dealers, drug offenders, domestic abuse, alcoholism, DIY's and drunken car crashes....christ you're a hypocrite. :p

The AFL's love child the Sympathy Swans get away with it again.

Must be great for you lot. We all know an umpiring or procedural error can be fixed retrospectively by the AFL.

*Ahem* $50k fine = 600% higher fine than Dogs and Hawks received for exactly the same interchange mistake. In fact the $50k fine is 300% higher than both those teams' fines combined. No special treatment there.

Dogs fine was in an NAB cup where the rules are different and the game wasn't even in the cup it was just a practice game. The result didnt affect the other team.

And its only 25k

I thought 100k would be fair or a loss of points.

25k is piss poor and its almost worth putting an extra player on on purpose.

.

If you're going to insist on keeping whinging on about this when it was done and dusted two days ago, at least get your facts correct.

The Dogs did it in a 2006 H&A game. The Hawks did it in a NAB Cup game this year (not practice game).

At least we can pay our fine.
If your mob had received it you'd need a collection plate at the turnstile.
No, that wouldn't work either, you don't have enough bloody fans......
