If Port do decide to pass up on Vickery (which i think is actually a big chance)...then i agree that Richmond will be the one's to snap him up. I'm pretty confident they are keen on Vickery just by discussions with Richmond fans who claim to be in the know. Apparently they have been keen on him for a long time.
