A Question about The SIMS

I was just wondering if anyone could please tell me how to change the speaking in the game to English. I know it can be done because when my computer loads if I don't shut it down properly it runs through the files and when it gets to sims it says english swedish french etc... Does anyone kow what to go into to change this?

The SIMS speak jibberish mate!
You cant change that

Yeah but there has to be a way to make it understandable. This being because they speak in either French or Swedish becauses you can just pick up some of the words.

Nope. No way to do it as far as I know, certainly not in the game itself.

They speak jibberish, thats it.

The language the sims use is called 'Sims Speak'. Well, that's what the games designers call it, and no....it can't be translated into english.....

Like everyone else has said, it is just jibberish and makes no sense in any language.....(Unless you speak Sims Speak..)

If I understand the game correctly, those are just alternate languages for the game itself - i.e. the interface, the labels on everything, and so on. Sims speak Simlish, and that's that. Of course if you want to play the whole game in Frech, that's your call, but I don't recommend it
