APS dont produce, they poachmeat cleaver said:fact is mate the APS actually produce decent footy players when they get to the AFL. Goddard, Ball, Judd are only testament to the fact that APS footy is the premier league for any budding footy star- mate weve already got AFL players in Raso at Haileybury and im suremany will be picked up this year. I dont know the kind of players the AGS and ACC produce when they get to the AFL because i simply havent heard of any. No doubt APS is the premier school boy footy comp in Oz.
hahaha said:Stats show ACC produces more AFL players then any other school footy comp in Australia.
St.Bernards alone would have produced 50 in the last 10 years.

We were a middle of the range team this year, winning 2 out of 6 games, which is probably the same as Geelong College in the APS. But i no for a fact that our St Joeys team, who is mid range in the ACC, would pump Geelong College by over 100 points, who are mid range in the APS. Our Joeys team has 13 players on the Falcons list, while College have 4 players on the Falcons list. We also have Danny Stanley (all Australian) and Shaun Higgins who will both be drafted this year, and we only managed 2 wins out of 6. That shows the strength of the comp.
