I have Goodes in supercoach and he has definitely been underperforming. I am considering trading him off for another player though I might give him one mroe week to see if he improves.

yeh im the same i think ill probably give him another chance. if he doesnt imporove soon we will have no choice. His worth to much to be scoring average totals.

But hes always been inconsistent for dream
Don't know why i chose him.. hopefully he comes good though.. He's too good a player not to be averaging at least 90

lol mate ive got no doubts the guys a great player of the game! Im not doubting that at all. Same as you, just frustrated because i was expecting him to be averaging 90 and above however he is actually the lowest of all my mid fields. WHen guys like foley and priddis are beating him you know theres somthing wrong. I think i might swap him for bartel or give him one more week.

A couple of years back he represented great value due to hit outs. Now, he barely plays in the ruck at all, so it's a given that he won't score as highly, as often.
Last year Sydney had a slow start, and that slow start included Goodesy. Sydney's return to form coincided with his. What's to say the same thing won't happen this year?
I'd be getting aboard the Goodes train as soon as he starts showing signs, but he was probably a bad option as part of your initial team.

You cant hold everyone's hands ..u can only tell them once...u know that both Goodes and Sydney are notoriously slow starters so it was totally your risk...remember that part of his high price is due to playing quite a few big matchwinning games very late last season.
He's never really been a great dream team star anyway...not a stat sponge ..all about quality and influnece on a game than playing ping pong and racking up cheap stats.
I have only two Syd players..Hall hasnt exactly been a killer but then neither has Jon Brown either...not worth wasting trades shuffling either fwd tho coz u'll only want them back at some pt soon...Ted in my reserves.
