....well, until the end of July anyway, and then I'll probably be OS.
since the 1st of football's finals last week, i have all but disregarded things Australian Football League. I've been consumed with the round-ball game and have little interest in the petty bull that goes on in our little league here. Don't get me wrong, Australian Rules Football is the greatest sport to play, and I'll endeavour to continue to do that in the amateur comp I participate in up here in Sydney, but I couldn't give a stuff about what's going on in the elite form of the game when there are bigger and better things taking place.
The UEFA Cup Final last week, EFA Cup final on the weekend, the Champions League Final on Thursday morning, all-important World Cup lead-up matches, & then the big one - the World Cup in Germany.
I hope Andrew and Adrian are watching these matches too. Perhaps they can learn a thing or two about how to administer and present a professional football competition.
