I have been managing to scrape wins together in my league due to luck of playing poorer teams recently but am struggling to get over 2100-2200 each week.

My team will look like this after I trade in L.Anthony and Ballantyne this week to leave me with 5 trades and $567K.

Leaves me with 5 trades and $567,200 in the bank....

Any advice on where to from here would be great with my team being..

Goddard, Newman, McMahon, Gilbert, Drummond, Grimes, Broughton
Petrenko, Cheney

Ablett, Judd, Selwood, Haselby, Cousins, Rich
L.Anthony, Muston

Cox, McIntosh
Naitanui, Spencer

J.Brown, Franklin, Deledio, Chapman, S.Johnson, Higgins, Ballantyne
Brown, Walker

I was thinking of bring in 2 midfield guns (Pendles, Sewell perhaps) next week and then re-assessing and hoping to get Riewoldt at some stage.

Thanks for taking the time toi reply if you do and apologies if this is in the wrong part to post or whatever.

Rocking out in London on nightshift here and off to The Ashes on Friday - Whoop whoop!

Playing Ballantyne in your starting team is a huge mistake. Lets not forget he only scored 9 points in his 1st game. It looks like you have a lot of cash so this would be a better idea.

Trade out Walker for Ballentyne and then upgrade the person you were going to trade out initially for a premium forward.

It would also be a good idea to upgrade Rich as you said. Then sit on your remaining trades for LTI. Make sure you use up all your cash as remaining trades will only be used to cover for LTI.

The person I was going to trade out was Ziebell. I was hoping not to miss out on the price rise of the rookies but I guess I am after a playing rookie really and not cash cows. So I could trade Robinson to L.Anthony then Ziebell to a gun I guess.

Great move. Will give you much better depth as well as premiums. As you do have a fair few trades you can still get rid of Ziebell for Balantyne and Robinson for Anthony this week. Then next week use the cash you have made to upgrade both Walker and Rich to premiums. This will leave you with 3 trades and a complete team. Awesome depth in your emergencies as well. If you use the remaining trades for LTI you will be in a great position.

Dal Santo is a great pick up as is Bartell. Both are in great form.
