AFI in less then two weeks.

I know that most people on here aren't fans.. but is anyone heading to their shows in the coming weeks?
The most recent setlist shows that only two pre-Sing The Sorrow songs are getting played (which is a damn shame).. but I'm hoping they mix it up a little more down here.

I'll be in Sydney and Melbourne.. and maybe Brissy.

Edit: just looking up the setlist from their show last night (or it could have been the night before) they played 6 to 8.. so.. thats three pre-STS songs. Man... I hope to god they play that in Australia. I'm hanging out for The Despair Factor and Morningstar as well, but it wont happen.

I've been home a bit this week and have flicked on ChV and it seems everytime i do an AFI clip is on. I try and sit through it and usually last the best part of 30 seconds.

I just dont get it on many levels, but in particular, what the f*ck is with that singer?

Agreed. I'm not a huge fan of their new work, but Black Sails In The Sunset and The Art of Drowning are top cd's. It's a shame that they won't be playing much of the old stuff, but.. oh well.

And Davey has become overly feminine over the years. Actually, right during the Sing The Sorrow era. I have a feeling it has something to do with his ex-fiancé running off with Matt Skiba..
