I've just developed something new. It's not "AI" in the ChatGPT sense, but it's outcomes modelled on historical data, using machine learning (not generative AI) to best model those and project future stats.

It's similar to other stats models like Squiggle, but quite different. It'll be interesting to see how it goes, particularly with this year's rule changes which can impact what stats are important in winning outcomes.

How can WB v Adel Be a draw in the wildcard but WB go through to finals? home team? Also how did it get Saints so high? Grand Finalists? Does it take into account "media hype"? if so yeah saints premiers lol

No media hype surprisingly, the model genuinely liked the Saints on pure statistics and fixture. We'll see!

Good catch on WB v Adelaide - the model is predicting a 0 point margin but a 51% probablility, which likely means statistically a margin between 0 and 1 points but for realism I'll make sure these are rounded up!
