AFL Tipping Rules

Well we need to know the rules and the points system before we can get started first off.

Points System

Correct Tip = 1
Incorrect Tip = 0
Draw = 0

Late Submission

Tips have to be in at the latest of 1 hour prior to the first match in the round. If they are not then the first match of the round will no be accepted, but you can tip for the rest of the games.
eg: Friday night is the first game of the round and i forget to put my tips in and i submit them on sunday morning then the 3 games on sunday morning are the only games you can tip on.

No Submission

It's simple. No tips, No points.

Joining after season commences

If you want to join in round 3 then you will not be recieved the away tips for rounds 1 and 2 you will started from 0 when you start tipping. When you submit your tips lets say in round 4 in your post it must say that you are just joining the comp and that these are your first tips.

Submitting you own tips

It will be your own responsibility to submit your own tips, I will not be PM'ing people asking for their tips. And i dont want anyone else putting in tips for any other people.

Tipping/Ladder Thread

A tipping thread will go up on Wednesday's and the Ladder after each round will be put up on Mondays or Tuesdays.

Not really, I would just prefer to do it manually.

yep, and here they are since you have disappeared.

*Tipping/Ladder thread : Will be up and posted by Tuesday morning at the LATEST!

*Submitting your own tips : It's your own responsibility to post your tips, no if's no buts, no tips , no points - simple! This rule will apply (not like what happened ala round 12 & 13)

*No submission of tips = 0 points

*Late submission of tips - As long as they are in before the bounce of the ball on Friday night is fine. Any late submissions (and its mainly during the friday night game or saturday morning), don't bother posting who you would've tipped. too bad. the remaining tips will count.

*Points system : Win 1 point, Loss 0 points, Draw 1 point (this is the only real change. i know everyone will get the same but it also gives the people who submit their tips an advantage on those that don't)
