I've had a really good chuckle at his top 50. His bias & catty comments are very satisfying - especially where he wrote that Mitchell "picks & chooses when he plays well - like last year's Grand Final".

Maybe he gets bored because he's in so many of them?

Can't imagine Gunston being ranked higher than Rough. Like most of our players, he's just a hack... anyone would kick a few goals in our side.

Seriously? Pendles no where near that eschelon, but will likely get the nod if Swan's already on there.

Let's remember, here's a bloke who, even midway through last year refused to rate us because we play "pretty, unaccountable, chip-chip football".

Whenever his comments are aired, I always recall Adelaide Hawk's comments about him - It's a good job he could play football because otherwise he would have had a career washing cars for a living.

Wasn't it Diesel Williams who said Mitch was the closest player he had seen to him? Wonder how he rated Diesel?

We look at our players through our rose coloured glasses, and why shouldn't we. However, who cares who is in the best 10, 20 or 50 best player lists, as long as we can maintain our crown as the best team, I don't give a continental if none of our 22 make the top 10.
