I still haven't taken the plunge and paid for this. Hearing far too many complaints about it dropping out whenever a high profile match is on at the same time as ours.

After reading this thread I am still unsure on how this works...
I will be in the U.S for a 3 weeks and want to know how I can still watch the hawks games.
Can anyone give me any ideas on the best way to do this?

Ive streamed every game live from 4 different countries, quality decent, has the odd dropout though so the page needs to be refreshed. Replays work perfect though, either available straight away or can take up to a day. Think they had monthly passes for $20

I took a monthly pass for 14.95 and then it will rollover into the next month if you are happy to let it. $90 for 6 months is ok.

Picture for me is a bit pixally when it has fast movement in full screen mode on the ipad.
Was dropping out big time at the end of the Hawks Crows game the other night. Heavy traffic maybe with all the neutrals cheering the Crows on?!

Other that that, good value. Can watch all games of the season at any time.

thanks barralupo and hawk 37..sounds like a one month pass might be the way to go. And its all done through the afl website once you are in another country? And it has every game live? Even the non blockbusters etc?

I guess the other alternative is to find somewhere in NYC that screens afl games live...which im not too confident about

I didn't have any luck with the VPN and afltv. Then tried http://www.sportlemon.tv/ and another similar site and watched some of the hawks v crows game live. Not great quality and I found my browser had been hijacked so I won't use again. I know people who have had more luck than me though with this site.

Adebisi, just returned from NYC and Canada trip and watched 4 hawks games.

Got month pass $20-25 from memory and worked a treat. Viewed from ipad screen with resolution pretty good, bigger screen will be grainy.

Got access to all other games also. Look into product it's very handy for footy nuts travelling, would use again.

Re: access- Search afl live tv website, select pass type, set up user name and password, pay via PayPal and I got instant access.
