All the attention has been on Setanta, so Aisake has been flying under the radar. I'm interested in what you guys have heard about his progress this year with the Bullants Reserves. He has played 18 reserves games for a return of 3 goals.

he has played in the ruk and down back this year frim what i have seen and heard. At the moment i guess it's all cross your finger's and hope he turns out to be the next gun. :)

or at least a good player.

Watch out! We might have another one-kick-wonder.

Very hard to do little more on the rookie list :D I'm expecting exciting things next year when he is on the senior list.

If any other bloke played 18 games in the twos would we even take any notice.......Aisake who I havent seen play hasnt even been able to cut it in the ones, i know his learning the game but is there really that much to look foward to.

As for Setanta we are really putting alot of pressure on him, think it might take him another year?? thoughts?

both boys are obviously still learning the game. If either of them do any more than become handy back up players we should all be stoked. From all reports Setanta has the ability to be very handy, but lets just wait and see... and be grateful for anything he offers us in the seniors.

They will both be more than handy. The whole point of this exercise is that they are the best athletes around natural sports men,Kouta like in there ability.

Not just f@king handy and if anyone who want to shoot there funky :) mouth off ever bothered to watch he would see Setanta has a work rate far above anyone else not to mention a hardness at the ball and speed.

Sentanta will be a player. His brother on the otherhand has along way to go and would struggle to be retained as a rookie.

Aisake is in his first year of playing football. 1st year.
Setanta is in his 2nd year.

They are fantastic prospects. There position is unknown. Setanata has played FF/CHF/CHB/FB/ruck/wing this year.

Aisake has mainly played ruck/FB this year.

Dont know how good they will end up but they will definitely be kept and the club is very very happy with there progress.

Dont know what other people expect but I am happy with what they have done this year.

Is that an informed opinion from watching him play or just a typical smart arse big footy remark.

From my understanding they have kept the kid in Ressies due to the belief they already had enough talls in the ants and with him and Setanta learing the game it could be a liability.

From most reports I have read he appears futher along than his brother at the same stage and his foot skills are better.

Given their dedication I doubt they wont make it.

Is in front of his brother at the same stage. Kicks without the awkward style and same for his running. Both are quick though.

Best to remember too that Aisake is a few years younger than Setanta so that's in his favour when looking at a time frame for them to make the grade.

Talls at most clubs tend to take 3/4/5 years to start to hit their straps so we at least owe them both that amount of time to show what they can do.
