He has reasonably big in the shoulders .......thats all !!
That pic looks to be taken after a weights session when his muscles are pumped up.
His legs would be as skinny as any ruckman going around. He is not big in the chest yet either.
When you see him next to Ackland you see that Ackland has a noticably bigger frame.
He has a bigger frame than Hammer and Red but smaller than Cain and Cloke
Aisake is not fully developed physically and will continue to get stronger for the next 2-3 years yet.

This is really confusing, I have read half a dozen posts to the contrary and seen numerous photos also suggesting otherwise, this is by no means the first we have seen of this.
Further, we see shots later on of his older brother, and others, who are looking significantly smaller.

Go down to training and have a close up look at him, and have a look at Ackland and Cloke. When you compare him to Ackland it is obvious that he still has some physical development to go.
He is big in the shoulders yes, but they are by far the most developed part of his body.
Thighs, legs, butt and chest are on the small side compared to well built ruckmen.
I think his natural build is similar to Luke Darcy, and it will take him 5-6 years of training to reach peak strength, as it did for Darcy.
Setanta is not that strong compared to the monsters of the game.
Last year I saw both J. Brown and Richo push him aside like he was a lightweight. I am actually a little disappointed that there has been no significant weight gain for Setanta this pre-season.
Aisake has built up nicely and this is his 4th pre-season, but he will stilll get stronger over the next 2-3 years.
I am a huge fan and IMO he is strong enough to compete in 08, and I cant wait to see it.

considering the height and weight of him now, i think its best to let him stay where he is at the moment.
With greater strength requires more muscle and more weight, therefore his mobility and speed will be affected. His greatest assett for his height is both speed and agility factors over his opponents.
not to mention he had OP early in his career due to the added weight he put on quickly and his body strained under the pressure.

The difference is Johns is 7cm shorter, slow, and less talented. I actually thought the Dons had delisted the guy.
they were about to, but he started crying in the office and they felt bad for the kid!!
you know he is an emotional kid especially after last years pre-season find yourself sessions!!

Johns has played 19 games, whereas Aisake or whatever his name is has played none....I actually thought the Blues have delisted the guy...
i opened this thread thinking that i was going to see highlights of Aisake running away from a football or laying a one handed tackle.
