Albert Proud - Lets Get Him

He's been cut because he's not up to it - Plenty of talent but not dedication to match - I'll back Voss on this one - No

Hasn't been cut as far as I know and is very much a required player I would think because of his combination of skill and hardness. Still a developing player and with his off field troubles hopefully behind him he can concentrate on his footy and step up next year.

2 things drive the machine, let's be honest.

Thats onyl because we havent formulated a gameplan to have our footy team playing as one...

Its a very basic coaching attempt for modern day footy...what were doing...

Were relying on individuals.. which means you sit on a handfull of individuals you win.....

... the good sides are formulated gameplans to be as one.... which is much harder to stop... (to sit on a whole football team)... you have to have a pretty big backside.....

We make changes because we havent got a game plan that has us playing as a whole...

so were relying on individuals...
The wins over Geelong, the Bulldogs and the game where we pushed the Saints were due to individuals.

Your argument is a crock of shit.

You believe it because you've written it one thousand times.

Total garbage.

Ratten has been there for two pre-seasons and is developing like his team.

The people who run footy clubs have more patience and knowledge than wannabe fans with an agenda.

now you can argue your point...

the gameplan... what is it.....????

you cant argue without an argument you know???

Im actually waiting for the General to illustrate how we have any kind of gameplan... and maybe he can pinpoint the kick outs... and simply it all down to just the simple kick outs... or in turn.. the defensive press.. that stops opposition teams from kicking out...or maybe the world famous carlton spread.. where we spread and usually have carrazzo or armfield on the end of a chain of handballs going nowhere.. and judd feeding it out... or maybe... the genral wants to explain how we play the zone with half a dozen players playing a lock down role... so theyre been taken away from their space to protect but are still supposed to be zoning.. or the chip backwards sideways etc we were practising aall pre season now.. we threw it away... and are expexting our players to run more.... except thats not what they were training to do pre season...
or the 4 or 5 6ft 3" talls we had in defence for the first 2/3rd of the season.. allowing us run...or thee one dimmensional forward thrusts... "kick it to fev" which ultimately had the media calling us a one trick pony going forward... Ratts thought he had the answer... send Fev to the backpocket against the Crows...brilliant!!.....instead of formulating more options.. he eliminated the only one he had... the obvious one...
or maybe the 1 man Chris judd.. inside outside... midfield....

just pick any tactic General and explain it...

you obviously see stuff... i cant.. so explain it...:):thumbsu:

Im waiting for you to find some credibility General....

explain our gameplan...

You had a view of a gameplan watching Adelaide .... its obvious what they do and how they play.. what theyre attempting to do... now explain ours... or im going to be all over you like a cheap suit...:thumbsu::)... cos i didnt like your pathetic attack earlier..

i want the facts... the gameplan... explain it to me!!:)

especially the kick outs.. and the zones youre seeing it.. and how defensively were all working together...

cmon.....

"We're gonna keep fighting. Is that CLEAR? We're gonna attack all night, we're gonna attack tomorrow morning. If we are not VICTORIOUS, let no man come back alive!"

The Generaal attacks me personaly for my views....

... and then says i snipe...:D

..... so im going to continue to call his scrawny little arse out on what he said..or fat arse.... doesnt worry me which kind of arse ...

and yep...

"We're gonna keep fighting. Is that CLEAR? We're gonna attack all night, we're gonna attack tomorrow morning. If we are not VICTORIOUS, let no man come back alive!"

Cos im not going to have a Mr Potato head get all nasty and personal with an argument thats not really an argument.....

.. its kind of like Shrek's Mrs... the princess who is not really a princess but a pig...

And then he talks about Adelaides ages... but what he needs to do instead of talking Mr Potato talk.. he should display all of the ages and games played by Adelaide players and then compare that to our players age and experience of games.

Some Adelaide players are in their 30's not late 20's(like ours) ....but the rest of the players stack up pretty similar.....

i would think that if players are way into their thirties and not late 20's it shouldnt count for more experience....Noone said Kevin Bartlett was too good for his opponent when he hit 400 games.... cos his opponent had only played 150....

In fact i would argue Craig has done a much better job keeping his older players focussed and playing to the best of their ability.. and that each of his players is playing to the maximum of his god given talents.. with each understanding what theyre meant to be doing and executing it to the absolute letter......They have a defined gameplan.. and it makes each and every one of them a cog in a machine that moves as one...not as a bunch of individuals....
and that is the job of the coach....

All relevant.

This squad has done exceptionally well this year, but we make 5 changes every week, which to me says No-one is a given.

For us to go further next year,
would say that, bar Gibbs, Murphy, Judd, Fev, Kruezer, Jamison,
after that, there are no certs.

You forgot Bower
