He has a younger and more promising brother who is both quicker and more exciting to watch, but they do similar things when up and about. Watched him on the weekend gone and he was super impressive for Subiaco's colts side had 25 disposals, 10 Marks, 2 Goals.

Yeah Alex has a 94 birthday, and was close to in not BOG against Swan Districts.

I think Alex Sheed took a big step forward yesterday against South Fremantle. Subiaco's number 1 tall defender, Declan Jackson went down injured during the game. We didn't have another genuine tall apart from our ruckmen, so this meant that Alex had to go on to Mason Shaw. Although clearly outsized, Alex gave everything. Shaw is a big man with a good leap and when he gets in front he is hard to spoil. I'm not saying Alex is a draft certainty or anything but it is fair that he is being talked about. Perhaps, at least, he could become a very good mid-sized league defender for the club in a Ben Randall style.
