Did anyone watch the first season?
Season 2 started last month (4 episodes in).

The first season had some great moments in it, each episode hooked me enough to watch it all (10 eps) in one weekend. The 2nd season has upped the anti with some serious survivalists chasing the prize money.

Definitely recommend.

First few episodes of the first season were nuts. ****ing bears coming right up to some of their tents. A couple of them were like "uh uh. Not without my guns." And quit. And the ****ing cougars!

Same place, Vancouver Island.

The way the first dropout quits out is pretty funny. For all the bravado in their introduction video.

I wouldn't mind them trying somewhere else next season but I daresay it would have to be another cold/wet environment, I think if they tried a topical island some folks would just say there forever.

Having seven seasons of this on SBS on demand right now is a way to deal with lockdown

Season one was like yeah I get being stuck at home for days but at least I have a house to mope around
