Guys im very upbeat about him staying with us. After seeing his recent interview/article about how he confronted the coaching staff to say hey boys i want to play as a midfielder/forward im pretty stoked hes going to be around. The reason being is when this guy came on the scene thats the kind of player he was, a midfield/forward. All a sudden we are trying to use him as a tagger and ive sat back and watched him when he gets his hands on a loose ball he goes off like the clappers and often I mistake him for Judd when hes running at full tilt they are very similar in that regard. Explosive.
Anyway, very happy that hes voiced his opinion cas ive always thought he was more damaging as an attacking player, and you need only look at that final where he kicked 3 goals and i sat there with my brother in law (whos west coast as i live in Perth) and even hes gone geez why havent they played him forward before. Very damaging.
